Q. Where can I go to see the windows/doors?
A. You may visit our showroom at 772 Bailey Hill Road, Eugene, OR 97402 (next to Food for Lane County). Our showroom/office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 to 12:15and 1:15 to 4:00 pm.
Q. What do I have to do to get started?
A. Simply call the office at 689-2830. Our Office Manager will make an appointment to have your home measured for your replacement wndows and doors.
Q. How long before my windows will be installed?
A. 4-5 weeks depending upon the season. This time is based upon the fact that your products have to be custom made and delivered. This normally takes about 4 weeks. Once we get the windows in we will contact you to schedule an installation date at your convenience. Because of our workload, the installation date is 2-3 weeks after product arrival.
Q. Do I have to do anything to prepare my home on the day of installation?
A. No. Our installers will take down any curtains, drapes, blinds, etc. as needed. We will also move any furniture if it is in our way. Of course, all will be put back after the installation is complete. (However, the customer is responsible for moving delicate items such as glassware, curio cabinets, computer equipment, etc.)
Q. Do I have to be home while the installation is being done?
A. No. About half of the time the homeowners are not home. Simply supply us with a key for us to have access early in the morning. When we are finished, the key is left inside the house, and the house is made secure and locked when we leave.
Q. How long does it take to do the installation?
A. Normally, the installation is done in one (1) day.
Q. Is there anything I will have to do after the installation is completed?
A. Yes. Caulking has to be painted. On all the windows we install, the caulking will have to be touched up with paint.
Q. What if there is a question after the installation is done?
A. Simply call our office and our Manager will be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have.
